The Springville Museum of Art (SMA) retains all rights, including copyright where applicable, to all data, image, text, and any other information contained in these files. Copyrights and other proprietary rights on this website may also be owned by third parties from whom SMA has obtained permission to publish their materials. They are intended for non-commercial, personal, or educational use only. Any commercial use or publication of material from this website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
All requests for permission to reproduce files or images for publication or commercial use from SMA collection must be submitted in writing. Requests may be sent by mail or email and must include the following information:
- Artist, title, and accession number (if known) of work
- Format required (color/B&W)
- If images are intended for publication, please include:

- Author
- Publisher
- Print Run
- Language
